color distortian on my pc and drive errors

i killed my computer by using the command prompt. now my color is all distorted and i think i am missing some files to make my computer to run like it did. I killed it because nothing would work i would log on and have no mouse and my color was all messed up and it would freeze up. would someone please help me fix my problem. By the way... i tried the settings on my computer and it won't let me drag the arrow to get more pixels

It could be that ur missing the display (screen) driver for ur particular display...Do u have a cd with the software for ur computer? If so just pop it in the cd drive and look for a folder driver folder and see if u can locate display driver....good luck.
