I read something related to this type of module. But there are some conditions for using this module. i.e. It must have PHP 5 version & Joomla 1.5 version. Ok for more details visit

Yes use jomsocial and this will pull content from facebook and place it on your users profiles. Then you can get modules to display the lastest things happening such as new posts,users,comments & more. Hope this helps
