Problem with Panasonic DVD Player
3 Answers
I have been using deleted DVDs, fine up until now. Suddenly when I tried to DVD The X Factor for tonight, although the DVD had been deleted, it kept saying "This programme overlaps with others, do you still want to record". How can it overlap, if the DVD is empty. I even formatted a new DVD and it said the same thing. I found that some programmes didn't get this window, and some did. I pressed Yes to record anyway, so we will see if it works. Is there a problem with my DVD player ??

It's not a problem when you are recording progs on the same channel, only sometimes when selecting more than one channel. The recorder is fine. Or.... have you set it to record programs in the past and left the details in the recorder? Check out what's stored in the timer memory in case it's cluttered. Mine keeps it's memory of stuff I forgot to press the timer button for and it doesn't go away until you manually clear it. Hope this helps..Dagman
