How do i take photos from a dvd please help???

hi i have a dvd which my uncle made there are photos played in the dvd like a little movie but i need the photos of them so i can print them out,they are for my brothers birthday 2day an his wife wants them to stick up around the house anyhelp would be appreicated thanks

you need a computer, a printer, some photo quality paper and the software disc that came with the digital camera your uncle used, unless you have software installed on your computer that the photos will open with.
try windows movie maker

if you haven't got it you can get it free

just google (free movie editing)
hi dee, happy boxing day. only thing i can think of is,,,,`explore` your dvd, if its got jpeg files you can just copy them, but if its dvd files (.vob), try playing your dvd on your pc with dvd playing software like power dvd or vlc these come with options to capture the screen when the movie is playing, look in the options for screen capture... thats the extent of my knowledge in these things
