Got a Christmas greeting card in the form of this file type.I understand it is a "Real" player format.Cannot open it with this programme (v11 basic) and they advise downloading a codec.Visiting their site gives nothing available.Can play the audio in Windows Media player,but no video.
Any help welcomed.

Downloaded,but there are so many options in installation hardly know where to begin,Amongst it all I didn't see "ivr" as such listed
