i want small icons

just got the pc back from the repair shop, all the icons are massive, i went into control panel displays and went to change the size to small as it was set at normal(look rather bigger than normal to me) plz help

Right-click on the desktop
Select Properties
Click on the settings tab
Drag the slider labelled "Screen resolution" over to the right
Click OK

If you happen to be using Vista (not XP)
hold down the CTRL key and then use the scroll on the mouse to resize them neater, sharper and smaller.
