Music clip featured on Top Gear

A section of music, possibly from a film, was featured on Top Gear on the 13th July 2008 that has had everyone on the forums baffled.

My first thoughts were Craig Armstrong but I don't think it's him.
If anyone could identify the music then a lot of people would be eternally greatful including me!

We HAVE to find this track!
It sounds like Thomas Newman, Craig Armstrong and especially Mark Isham. It sounds like it belongs in a Jerry Bruckheimer type film....
I've searched through Mark Isham stuff and can't find it.
The thing is, they often re-use the same soundtrack in the same episode and on http://forums.finalgear.com/wts-tg-season-11/1 1x04-july-13th-2008-a-28781/ there isn't other clips from this soundtrack in the same episode.
Perhaps it's a one-off track that isn't on any of those other soundtracks!?
