I'm watching Paul McKenna programme 'I CAN MAKE YOU THIN' on Sky channel 'Living', whilst eating chocolate biscuits... so it isn't working ! Has it worked for anyone yet ?

next It's the 7th of January and so a) did you make a New Years Resolution, if so what was it and b) have you broken it yet?

No one can make you thin but yourself! Don't go on a diet as all you think about is food! Just continue the way you are and eat less chocolate biscuits!
