X Box Live ...................Help!!!

hi,can anyone help when my son goes on x box live its fine then after five minutes or so it keeps disconnecting,my router is the normal standard one which came with my AOL Pakage,it works fine for my pc and laptop,any ideas.........thanks

is he new to live?
aol and microsoft dont(or didnt) get on and there always used to be access problems to live using aol but i thought these had been resolved.

no,he is not new to x box live,it used to work fine,my router is talk talk,who aol are a part of,so i dont think its the router...........thanks any more ideas anyone?....
