clik view menu > toolbars and unselect the ones you don't want.
or even better click start > control panel and then add remove programs select the offending toolbars from the list of programs and then click remove to get rid of it forever.
That all depends on which toolbars they are.The legitimate ones such as google or MSN are easy to remove via the add/remove programs facility in control panel.Some of the non-legitimate ones that install loads of spyware are another matter though,you may need extra software to get rid of them. If you can list the ones you have then one of the techies should be able to tell you where to go from there.
