Does anyone know if there is a pedal, button, switch, bar - or anything on the laptop - which activates the WireLESS.
We have it operating WIRED and after phone calls to help lines we still cannot get it to work wireLESS.

There should be a wifi symbol - look at the keys on the top of the keyboard. If you can see it, try holding FN and that key.
It usually looks something like:
(((I)))

is it definitely wireless?
click start > control panel and then system, click on the hardware tab and then select device manager, look for network adaptors and click the little plus next to it.
Does it say it has a wireless card?
also look at all the keys on the keyboard, has any of them got another coloured symbol on them that looks at all like this

if so hold down the fn key and press that to enable/dissable wireless

Thanks for your prompt and helpful replies.
I will try your suggestions out when I visit the computers owners tomorrow.
Ref the manual, Evesham went bust and did not bother to leave their home page open so that the poor sods who bought from them cannot download or view the manual.
Also, Evesham did not bother to leave a help line for the poor sods who bought from them but in their generosity they are allowing purchasers to get help at 14.99 a month.
