Dunno what you are planning to use it for, but you might want to look closely at their speed capping chart here:
http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/quality_ broadband/speed.shtml?link_bbyw_view1=speeds#O ption1speeds

and be prepared to pay 1.22 per GB if you accidentally exceed the 10 GB quota.
