Reporting abuse on Youtube

Despite saying there is a place to report abusive users on Youtube it does not appear anywhere on their extensive help pages. It was referred to so I have not given up and thought the kind people here would know long before I could get it anywhere else.

To report a specific video as inappropriate, simply click on 'Flag' underneath the video.

For other concerns, click on the 'radio button' alongside 'Report abuse', and click 'Continue', here:

Thanks Chris, that was almost instant! Flagging videos is easy and then they just ignore it.
I hope they take this one more seriously, someone and their friend are threatening to rob me with violence and unfortunately only live a couple of miles away so not an empty threat at all. It is a little hive of criminal activity and I dared to cross into their territory.

That's not something to report to youtube... report it to the police.
