I used to have a website called jamiesworld.com and people could email me to [email protected] but I had to buy the domain and the space and everything to get that...but I just wanna know if I can just get the email without the website?
You need to register a domain name eg. juicyjamie.com then you need to get someone to host your emails using that domain name (mx records and the like) and tell them where to forward emails to (a mailserver on the internet). This is a very basic answer to a more complicated solution. Speak to any web / mail hosting company for a detailed solution.

I currently use Onyx: http://www.onyxnet.co.uk/
But have used Demon also: http://www.demon.net/
Both were fine.
www.easily.co.uk do a pretty reliable email forwarding service.
