Does anyone out there use Virgin Media?
I'm trying to find out what the Virgin Media Safeguards Package is.
Is it essential, can it be removed easily etc. etc.
Thanks

If you go onto the Virgin Media site then they have PC security called PC Guard and also NetGuard (not sure what the difference is).
Where exactly do you see this Safeguards mentioned?
Here is the Virgin Media site covering PC security and PC Guard in particular. No mentoin of "Safeguard" that I can see.

Thanks for prompt reply VHG.
Sorry l was a bit vague. I was trying to answer a query for someone who said they keep getting a parameter error when Virgin Media Safeguards started. I assumed they were using Virgin Media, but then again, they may have got it wrong and it is really PC Guard / Net Guard.
I'll check the site out and will get back to them.
Thanks again for your reply
