AOL trouble

I'm having mass amount of trouble with AOL at the moment,

1. Every time I type something (like in this box for instance) it misses out letters as though I haven't typed them, it isn't a problem with my keyboard because it never happens when I'm using IE. Every message I type I have to go back through and insert missing letters.

2. Pops-ups don't load properly, even when I have the pop-up control off every time I open a new window within AOL it doesn't load, i just turns blue and freezes.

Hopefully I'll be getting rid of AOL soon (I've hated it from the first day I got it but 3 other people use this computer and they don't see the problem with AOL) but until then I'd like to sort these problems out.

Have you tried creating a new screen name to see if the problem still exists?  If it happens with all log-ons try re-installing AOL.

If the problem is only with your AOL screen name its likely to be a problem with your account or your settings.  Your best bet is to phone AOL support on 0800 376 5432 (I'm assuming you're in the UK) - they'll need to talk you through their troubleshooting routines.
