removing programs

I want to remove nero essentials from my computer. When I go into add or remove programs and click on remove after it starts to configure the program I get up an error message saying Shellmanager database is corrupt or missing and when I exit the popup it goes back to before I tried to remove the program. I have tried all day yesterday. Does anyone know what I can do?

Try to restore your system to pre-install Nero Essential. Then rebooting your computer should do the trick.

Nero is difficult to remove, try this.
