I have recieved prem texts from a company whohave been charging me �10 for subscribing although i have not subscribed can i get my money back from them?

I very much doubt you will get your money back especially if your on pay as you go but maybe if your on contract you could phone your network provider and explain its not your fault and your not paying and they maybe able to sort something out,if your sim is payandgo i would throw it away and get another,same thing happened to me a few yrs back with a �2 a text joke service that took �20 off me in 6hours and i hadnt applied for it,network provider at the time was orange and didnt wanna know,they are the ones that told me to get a new sim card,ive been on o2 ever since and havent had 1 problem. good luck and let us know how you get on.

Thanks for your help i did manage to get a refund so it is worth approaching the company who send these prem texts
