website problem

I have a particular website added to my favourites that doesnt load up anymore.
Instead I get a white screen with the words " Welcome to webhosting service, You have reached this page through an incomplete address for the site you are looking for, Please contact PIPEX Dial Technical Support"
What does this mean?
Why after having this favourite website for years with no problem is this happening?

Your marker may have become corrupted or the site has moved. Can you find the website if you google it instead and then click on a relevant link ? Would you like one of us to try to find it for you ? If so, what's the name of the site ?

It doesnt even open up when its googled, the name of the website is salou uncovered (www.salou.co.uk), thanks.

I can't get it; even Google's cached version of the page is blank. Maybe they just closed down and donated their pixels to the poor?
