I didn't raise the issue............

...........I posted a thread about passive smoking, then in the middle of it, someone mentioned Alan Hansen. Whenever I post on here about something, someone always mentions Alan Hansen. Not me. So I am only responding. I am neither a muppet, a monkey or any other sort of object. If you knew me outside of this web site, you would find that I am a very amiable person. If I was totally obsessed with this, as some seem to think I am, I would have had the proof you require because I would have spent more time on it. This incident happened. Others I know, can re-call it happening. Why would I make it up and leave myself, and this web site, open to legal action from Alan Hansen? I understand people being in denial. He's a nice man. A knowledgeable football summariser. A good golfer. Does work for charidee. A family man. But he's got a conviction for indecent exposure too. It's a fact. It's more of a fact than passive smoking being harmful.

10ClarionSt You will not find it on the net as news stories of that time wewre not put on the net . I have checked the Liverpool Echo and Post . Stories from that time are not on the paper sites web pages.
One place you could get the story from is The Manchester Evening News office , but they charge a fee to let you look at back issues and a fee for a copy of the story and it is not cheap.
And my friend is a City fan and he remembers it aswell
