Bless my mum. She has had a hotmail account for about 3 years now and she still doesn't get how it works.
I got an email from her but it wasn't her name although it was her email add.
I called her up and said "I think someone's hacked into your account as so and so name came up instead of yours" and she goes "Oh no I just added him as a contact"
She'd done it all wrong! lol
