Can't sign in to Answerbank

I cleared all the cookies off my system the other day because there was a problem with one of them and I couldn't locate the offender. Afterwards, everything was fine for a while (ie three or four posts). However, for some reason now I cannot sign on to Answerbank (I'm posting this from work - before my start time, in case you're wondering!) It affects anbody trying to sign in on my home computer, so it's not just me that's being picked on. Any reasons why this might be happening and what to do about it would be gratefully received.

Tefler - sorry you're experiencing this problem, which is being worked on by the techies right now. We hope to resolve it today.

The only way I can post questions or answers is by closing my browser, shutting down Zone Alarm, re-starting my browser then posting the Q or A.

Do you have Zone Alarm? If so, then that could be the problem.
