HELP !! (please!) ..

i am trying to open a file that i open 10 times a day on my phone ( excel ) .. each time i click it it just highlights it .. it wont open .. no file will .. what the hell have i done ?? am hoping i am being a muppet and its something simple ... TIA

I had same problem with my HTC phone. Try this step :
> First take all data backup
>Go Start
>Settings
>Go the system tab
>Select clear storage
This process will reinstall your all software.
