from belkin support....
1. Connect a computer to any one of the four LAN ports of the Belkin wireless router.
2. Open your web browser and type the router IP address of the router (by default, the address is
http://192.168.2.1.) in the address bar and press Enter.
3. Click Login on the top of the page to login to the router. By default the Password is left blank, click Submit.
4. Click Security under Wireless menu.
5. Under Security Mode, select WPA/WPA2-personal (PSK)
6. Select WPA2-PSK as your Authentication
7. Select AES as the Encryption Technique.
8. Enter a word or group of characters in the Password (PSK) box. The Pre-Shared Key must be 8 to 63 characters in length.
Note: The PSK (Pre-Shared Key) is case sensitive ("A" is different than "a")
9. Click Apply changes to save the settings.
Then just disconnect the cable and try to connect by wireless and enter the key you used above and it should connect
