gears of war 2-xbox 360

hi,
quite a while ago i got the game GEARS OF WAR 2 on XBOX 360 i have recently been getting some problems with the game the XBOX 360 is fine no problem with that at the moment it's just with the GEARS OF WAR 2 it will work for about 20-30 minutes then it will say the disc is unreadable i have completed the game so i guess you could say im not bothered but infact i go on it quite a lot on XBOX LIVE so does anyone have any suggestions on how to make it work. i would really appreciate some suggestions.

Clean the disc, if that doesn't work then try a lens cleaner and if that still doesn't work, then try installing the game onto the hard drive
