i've upgraded to sky hd ,they came and installed the box ,then a week later all the lights on the front went out , so i didn't know when it was recording ,or the blue light that goes round in a circle when you are watching something ,none of them worked ,although it recorded and played back perfectly fine , i called sky and did all the tests that the lady asked me to but nothing happened , so she said she would send the engineers round .2 days later the lights came back on of their own accord , when the engineers came the following day ,they said the box must have re set itself, and has worked perfectly for the last 2 weeks now the lights have gone out again - has anyone else had this problem and how did they fix it . the engineers came with a recontionioned box to replace my brand new one
