When I try to access the thomas cook site I get the message that my browser does not accept cookies, therefore I can't access it. How can I get round this problem?

It depends ... you don't say which browser you are using. If it is Internet Explorer and teh version is at least 4 (i think) then you will have cookie support. All you have to do is to go into the internet explorer setings and enable it. I can't recall about IE4 but in IE5 this is in the security tab. Either you can enable it or have it to prompt you when they are going to be saved. I am assuming that you are not using some other firewall type software on your PC that may also prevent this.
