NTL....Help

I have got NTL (cable) and I have just been home to find all the buttons on my remote are completely messed up! For instance, the up/down channel button has now become the mute button, the mute button has become the on/off button and so on... I fiddled around and re-booted it, and now it is saying I am not subscribed to any channel aswell as the remote still being messed up!! What has happened?

Yup I've had this don't sit on the remote ;.) You have to go to interactive, reset default t.v prefernce channels  can't remember what it's under. If you can't find it keep me posted and I'll look tonight, good luck!!

Thanks TRINITY I will have a go when I get back from work! Hope it works how can I go on without tv?? :o)

It's more than likely the batteries that need changing.  My telewest remote goes mad when the batteries are running out
