My friend is driving me nuts about this and I can't seem to figure it out.

She originally had her iTunes Library on her parents computer and downloaded loads of cds onto it. She has now got her own Laptop but she can't seem to transfer one of the albums she purchased on iTunes from her parents PC onto her iPod. I tried helping her by downloading iDump in order to transfer the tunes back and forth but this hasn't helped with this particular album.

Could there be an IP address block on this to prevent pirating from one PC to another? Could someone please advise.

Thank you x

Itunes allows you to have a a song or album you have purchased from the itunes store on up to 5 computers.
When you transfer the album you need to reauthorise it on the new computer. Select the whole album, go to STORE in the itunes menu and select AUTHORISE COMPUTER. You will then be asked to enter your itunes account details and it will release the album. If you already have it on 5 computers then you need to deauthorise it on one of the other computers.
