My neighbour's 4 year old boiler was making this noise, Nothing in the manual and the makers did not seem unduly concerned. Any thought,s please? Timer for Summer time?

It could be a problem with the fan.Our boiler was making some horrendous noises last year and the fan needed to be replaced.
