Help Please

On these pages I note that to help with the answers to many questions it seems custom to type the address of the site /programe in Red which enables the interested partie to be able to click on to the address and make a direct connect ,can anyone please explain in SIMPLE terms.

you type in a web address and the hyper link should be automatic ? i think

if you go to a "useful" site, you can right click with your mouse on the web address on the top of the page. you should then get a drop down list, one option will say "copy". click that, then when you write a question or answer you can right click again, then select "paste". the link will appear in red once you've hit ""submit", and should be clickable.

Yes, it's all done for you. Remember to put the http part of the address in. For example.

http://www.google.com

Just to be clear though, it won't appear as a link (in red) until you preview or submit it.

You have missed out the colon after "http" and you need two of these slashes "/".

excuse my use to your post in a mo not sure how you get the " here" in red though and how do you move from one site to another without the use of Minimize then go into IE to re enter into site you need to copy from or am I doing something wrong also thanks mo Tez

I thank you for your help, I have been unwell for a very long time ,you really have no idea what it means to be able to ask the most easy of quetions ,to be given the answer in ways I can undestand, all without sarcastic comments etc and general mickey taking.

Regarding the above site I am not sure what is meant when you talk about censoring the music ,I searched for a few tracks this weekend and was amazed what is on there please enlighten me .

For example: search on BASSHUNTER. He has had quite a few top ten hits recently. Before they started censoring, this used to come up with page after page of his hits and remixes, now you get a paltry 9 results.

It's only a handful of users that gives sarcastic answers here. The vast majority are always ready and willing to help anyone with any questions on any subject.
