Cant access certain web pages
Could anyone give me a clue as to what I am doing wrong. I have an online Halifax account through which I pay my credit card and view my transactions etc. Over the last three weeks I cannot access this account because the page freezes leading me to have to log out. I know its is going to be a security setting - I use Windows Vista by the way - and I have contacted the helpline and given a checklist of what to do but to no avail. I know it is going to be something simple but no one can seem to offer me the solution. Has anyone experienced this problem, any information welcom. Many thanks

Which browser are you using? Internet Explorer? Which version?

If the page freezes, this is not a security setting. You should check that your browser and version is compatible with Halifax Online Banking.

To use Halifax Online Banking you need one of the following:
Internet Explorer (Windows) version 7.0 and version 6.0

Firefox version 2.0 and version 1.5

Safari (Apple Mac) version 3.0 (523) and version 2.0 (419)
