Freeview trouble

Where I am going wrong?
Had a Freeview box installed successfully.
Now, despite reinstalling the channels several times, apparently successfully. No picture!
The signal strength seems ok.
I must be doing something wrong I think.
Any help please?

Check conection. Unless in properly you can have sound, no picture or vice versa. Might not be it, but a simple check anyway.

Are the menus from the Freeview box displayed on the TV? That would indicate that the cables between the box and TV are OK.

Is it a problem with all the channels?

I did manage to solve it by disconnecting the power and tv cable for a while. On reconnnecting everything was OK!
I found on the web an article suggesting this.
