Xbox is better than ps2 and gamecube?

I would like to know other peoples views on this matter, i believe that the xbox is a much better console than both the ps2 and gamecube. Please if u have a different opinion tell me and i will take it into account.

I agree with you 100% Cmack88, people often say that PS2 has better games, but I think a game's reputation should not only stand on the gameplay, but the graphics too...which is where the Xbox takes over and leaves everything behind. I have The Chronicals of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay, and the graphics are un-matched, even with some top-end PC games that require a powerfull machine. All in all, Xbox rules

the xbox is a far better console as it has far better components 'under the hood'.the ps2 has a far larger games range but the xbox is closing that gap now.it annoys me that if you walk in to any games shop,ps2 gets a large display right near the door whereas the xbox gets a poxy one hidden away at the back !

the ps2 is also older and is reaching the end of its life,xbox still has plenty of room to grow but in order to get one over on sony,micrsoft will release 'xbox next' at the end of next year.look out for details in january from bill gates and then much fuller coverage at e3 in may.

btw dont even bother with gamecube unless you want to play recycled kiddie games aimed at the under 10's.nintendo have failed to realise that the average age of a gamer is now early 20's.nintendo stem from an age when the average age was far lower and have failed to move with the times.when they do get a half decent idea they have to dumb it down by using mario et al or by giving everyone big heads !!!!!!!!

cudnt agre with u more guys! and the xbox will have all of ps2's good games neway, eg. it now has vice city and pes4 it will most probably get san andreas in th not to distant future. and as for gamecube i agre with u totaly it is making games for little kids and i am not suprised that neither microsoft or sony have any nintendo games on ther consoles.
