I have a Suzuki Vitara wideboy and put some fatboy tyres on it (255/60/15) and have now been told these are illegal as they are wider than my wheel arches. Hell, what would I know! Sods law, I bet they are but can someone clear this for me?
Thanks

Yeah, it's a pain in the arse! that's why custom street rods have to have mudguards over their wheels, even crazy vehicles like trikes have to have wheels covered.
well thats the law!! sucks dinnit, however you could roll out your wheel arches , which is cheaper than replacing ure rims and tyres
Just curious - why do people do this? Especially on a Vitara.
