2012 card expiration dates

Id like to do a poll please. I have recently discovered that all credit, debit and bank cards. Passports and ids that have been issued all expire 12/2012.

There are conspiracy theories that state that there will soon be a one world goverment, with one currency with nothing but "digital" money that will be tracked with a mandatory chip that everybody will be issued with.

Now wether you believe the story or not (I personally am open minded either way) can everybody have a quick gander at there cards and ids and tell me.
1, when the card was issued to you and
2, when the expiry date is.

I have looked at all of my credit cards, debit cards, passport, driving licence, library ticket and Tesco reward card.

None expire in 2012.

Funnygirl you live up to your name, if you gave me your details i wouldnt know what to do with them anyway LOL.

Dont let that put everyone else off, OBVIOUSLY nothing can be gained from knowing when your card was issued and when the expiry date is.

You may be surprised if you have a look, If you have recently had a new credit card look at the expiry date, C cards normally last 5 years but ive seen hundreds of people saying that theres all expire 2012 from all over the world!!! Seems strange????

maybe it is just that credit card companies are not issuing cards with dates so far ahead?
At work, our store cards are default set at 09/12 expiry date but for computer reasons only, the actual cards have varying expiry dates
