Well what format do you want to download them in? I'm unsure why you think you are doing anything wrong?
stealing music for a starter ....

they coming down in mp3 but my car stereo not mp3 so when i burn them to disk it wont play???
Well I have Limewire, not stolen I paid for it. All the music downloads as mp3s. I have no problem putting it on to a cd.
It's the music itself that is illegal, not the software.
You need to find a mp3 to wav convertor. Google is your friend. I use musicmatch jukebox to do this.
Best way to make sure your car CD player can play them is to buy the CD.
You need to convert the files from mp3 format to "audio" format.

"audio" format is the format used on proper music CDs.

I have Nero for example, and when it starts up it says do you want to create a DATA CD or an AUDIO CD.

If I chose DATA it puts the mp3 files on the CD as "data", and while some players can play them many cannot.

However if I select "Audio" it converts the mp3 files into Audio format and makes them into an Audio CD.

Windows Media Player can also burn files in audio format, although the wording may be different, it may not say "data" and "audio" but something else.

Note you can get FAR more mp3 files on a CD than Audio files so you need to select about 70 minutes worth of mp3 files to make an audio CD.
Unbelievable that marval believes what he is doing is not illegal.
In windows media player theres a little arrow underneath burn, click this and select burn audio cd.
