Toatally Free WinXP Utility Program

Somebody,

Please tell me where to find an absolutely free WinXP utilty program to fix my Registry and ActiveX.

Hope someone can help, for I am very low on cash these days.

there is no such prog

registry is unique for every PC in the world - think of the progs you have installed ... nothing like the progs I have ... so how could a small prog "know" all the possible combinations?

plug in devices also have "footprints" if they are not plugged in at the time ... the cleaner would remove all their entries also ....

the only reliable fix for a registry is a recent backup ... or a re install of the os
