Virus protection
Evening all,
I wonder if anyone can help me.
I changed my service provider from BT to Talktalk several months ago.
Part of the BT package was Norton anti-virus. Because I am no longer with BT, Norton does not send any updates. I managed to get a nasty virus which Norton wouldn't quarantine or repair so I bought and loaded Zone alarms anti-virus - virus dealt with and several more discovered!
According to the search there are three Norton files sitting in the Talktalk file/Program Files.
Is it safe to delete the Norton files?
My reason for asking and wanting to get rid of Norton is every time I log on I have to reset Zone Alarm. It would seem Norton overrides Zone Alarm.
Thanks for your help
