Does your DVD player actually support jpeg images? A 'bog standard' DVD player will only play pre-recorded videos. Nowadays most will also play video files recorded on a PC. Some (but by no means all) will display jpeg image files.

So, before people here try thinking of possible solutions, check that your DVD player has 'jpg' (or 'jpeg') on the front of it (or on the box, or in the manual). If there's no reference to displaying jpeg images, nothing that anyone here might suggest will help you.

Yep, what he said.

In a nutshell, what you've done is save loads of pictures onto a disc. What you need to do is save a video onto a disc.

Some DVD players might cope with pictures, but to be certain it will work on any DVD player it needs to be a video.

thanks for both replies. My dvd player does take any discs and also I have done other photo discs which do play on it. I just thought I would try the one through my pictures. Also did other discs on nero. Just curious to know why this way did not work as thought it was a lot easier to do. thanks for help.
