wiring up speaker kit

i have a alba spkrkit559 and wont to know the best way to set it up. it has 2ch and input W RL FL on top row C RR FR bottom row and would like to know how to set up
and wondered if it is best set up through tv or sky. any advice would be great

This is a 5.1 speaker system. I would guess that:
W stands for woofer (low frequencies)
RL=rear left, FL=front left
C=centre
RR=rear right, FR=front right
So you should have FL, C and FR in front of you in that order, and RL and RR behind. It's usually not too critical where you put the woofer. Experiment for best effect.
