Britains got talent phone voting

Am I the only one who feels it's another con?
They keep claiming that it's now the publics vote that are getting the acts that they want through, so, why get the judges to cast their final vote on 2 of the acts - one that actually officially got through by the public voting for them and the other that didn't?
What's the point of getting the public to vote if it's the judges decision as to who goes through?
Another money making scheme??????

it is amazing how the first 2 judges who vote always give the final judge a casting vote, i have never seen the first 2 judges asked vote for the same act, another reason it is rigged
