Can you find out a WITH HELD Number on your mobile?

I received a call on my 3 mobile but it was silent when i pickd up, frankly its a little creepy i think! lol

Does anyone know if theres a way to find out the number perhaps from the phone company?

Silent calls from withheld numbers are usually call centres. If it happens again don't say anything just wait until they do. If they don't, hangup.
I don't think they can be traced unless there are malicious and then it would be up to the phone company.
