I have a minor but very niggling problem. Whenever I try to cut and paste any text from an internet site I always get a message saying that the information that I have copied exceeds the size limit for pasting into the Word Processor? This can be one word or fifty, I just get the same message. I use Microsoft Word - any suggestions? Many thanks in advance

You would probably be better off pasting into notepad first and then recopying and then pasting into word, this will clear out and internet formatting nasties.
When you "copy" or "cut" text out of a browser window you are also copying all the formatting like font, size, colour, underline, bold, hyperlinks etc.

I ALWAYS copy text into notepad first, before putting it into Word or other application.

That way you get rid of ALL the formatting, it becomes just plain text.

I know this is similar what Cockney_si has said, but just confirming that is the best solution.

My thanks to you both, it's much appreciated!
Much simpler to just choose Paste/Paste Special/Unformatted Text, in Word.
\the wsy I deal with this is by selecting the text from the bottom as close to the end of the last paragraph and then highlight it only to the begginning, that way you are only selecting the text you want and not all the webpage settings and formatting.
