Simple immersion heater switch

I need to install a simple immersion heater switch for my elderly aunt (she turns the current switch on but forgets to turn it off). Does anyone know of a simple switch e.g.one like cheap microwaves have where you turn a knob rather than press various buttons?

There are time switches available for immersion heaters - maybe Raysparx or Buildersmate will know where to get them from as I have never fitted one.
