Dirty monitor!

My monitor has scratches and smudges on but I'm not sure how to clean it. It's one of the new types, not the old glass one.

just use a damp cloth and tiny drop of washing up liquid on the smudges if they don't at first come off dont use any chemical sprays etc and DO not press hard on the screen dry it with a tissue

Cotton wool, norrmal glass cleaner, bit of gentle rubbing,

pure soap (1 drop in 1 pint of warm water)
1 cotton cloth (a bit of shirt is ideal - no fluff
SWITCH OFF
lightly dampen - don't press - repeat until clean
(don't try to scrub it all off at once)

the scratches ... well not much you can do there
