no its my laptop as the others that i have run fine. i have found some free downloads, but they just scan & then say i have to pay ������� IS there anything free that can fixed this problem? thanks for answers u 2 : - D

it's probably mal/spyware in which case anti-malwarebytes has a good chance of sorting it.

I take it you do have antivirus software, run a full scan with that too
