Connecting laptop to TV

I need to connect my Television, Swisstec HD M22/37B-GB-TCD-UK to a laptop for a presentation.

What connection lead do I need.

Scart to Scart does not work.

I need this urgently

The fact that you haven't given any info AT ALL about the laptop is the reason you haven't had a reply! Laptops are not all the same you know.

Obviously scart to scart will not work, I've never seen a laptop with a scart connection!

If it's a really new laptop, you might be able to connect using an HDMI lead (I do that and it's perfect) or you may have to use a VGA-VGA cable, not quite as good quality but good enough. But then again, your TV might not have a VGA port.
