Epson Stylus SX405 WiFi
I have just bought this printer and am having great difficulty in setting up the wifi connection. I have followed the instructions slavishly 4 or 5 times, but at the end it says that the printer cannot be found. I wonder if it is something to do with the network security. I didn't think I had any, but it seems to be looking for some security key entry. Can anyone help? Please don't give me negative comments like 'shouldn't/wouldn't have bought it' etc. I have now, and need to make it work. Thanks folks

Turns out that this mfp is for the scanner only (which gives me a 'not responding' reading when opened anyway, even when connected to PC by cable, although the printer will work. Still can't get the wifi to work, so I suppose I should contact the supplier (PCWorld) and get them to do it (at great financial cost no doubt) or 'pay a man to come and do it'. ACTroll - where do you live, near me? (no such luck of course - story of my life)
if I remember right you have to begin the epson wireless setup using the USB cable.
if so, uninstall all the epson software, remove the USB cable from the computer and then start the setup again, do not plug the USB cable back in until the setup tells you to! (did you plug it in last time before starting the setup?)
