Sony ericssons and o2.... Help!!!

Hello, I currentley have a sony ericsson phone and i have an o2 sim card. The simcard is an o2 unlimited one and even though i paid �10 for my unlimited texts i started subscribing to the unlimited internet bolt-on. Aswell as getting free texts and the unlimited internet i got calls aswell!! after 3 days i could use all 3 and then about 10 manutes ago when i tried to text a mate and it come up sending failed unknown receiptant , yet i have his number saved in my phone.... any help please??
